Let your business grow in PortGate logistics complex
Sponda is building in Vuosaari Harbour the massive PortGate logistics complex, which will comprise of the 130,000 m2 logistics area of warehouse and terminal space and the 13-storey gatehouse tower with leasable office space of about 12,000 m2. The first phase of the logistics area will be ready by the end of 2008 when the harbour will be opened. The second phase will be built by demand.

Russia and the Baltic Countries
Sponda seeks profitable growth by expanding its investment activities in Russia and by exploring new opportunities in the Baltic countries. Sponda will activate property development operations in Russia and expand its investment property portfolio in the St Petersburg and Moscow regions. Target for growth in Russia is to invest 10-20 % of the company's balance sheet in the region, ie. 300-400 million euros, by the end of 2009.
