Evli´s subsidiary Suprema wins four Euromoney awards
Euromoney Magazine has again presented Evli Bank Plcs fully owned subsidiary Suprema Securities with four awards in its annual Euromoney Awards for Excellence competition, awarding the best banks. Suprema Securities won the awards for Best Investment Bank in the Baltic region and the Best Equity House in each Baltic country - Estonia Latvia and Lithuania. In addition to the Baltic Countries, Suprema operates also in Poland.
Suprema was commended especially for its innovative role in some of the landmark equity market transactions executed in all three Baltic countries during the last year. These included the EUR 166.5 million IPO for Tallink in Estonia, follow-on offering for pharmaceuticals company Grindex in Latvia and accelerated bookbuilding for Lithuanian dairy company Rokiskio Suris that increased the companys trading volume eightfold.
Supremas wide range of products and a truly pan-regional network are advantages that offer great opportunities for the business. Were particularly delighted to have won these prestigious awards from Euromoney in each of our core markets, says Supremas CEO Peeter Saks.
Evli has been committed to developing the Baltic markets for several years now and we are very proud of Supremas achievements. The acknowledgement received from the Euromoney is an indication of Supremas long-term and high quality operations in the Baltic Countries, Evli Banks CEO Henrik Andersin comments.
