Changes in ownership in Sokolów of Poland

Saturn Nordic Holding AB, joint venture of HK Ruokatalo Group and Danish Crown has increased its ownership in Sokolów, Poland's leading meat company. Saturn Nordic Holding now has a 80.38 per cent stake of Sokolów's share capital and votes.
