Gitanas Nauseda, the counselor of the president of SEB Vilniaus Bankas, thinks that after the failure to introduce euro, the number of citizens thinking that litas will be depreciated regarding euro will increase. Therefore, there would be an increase in loans in litas or, on the contrary, the pace of taking loans would slow down. Besides, the hopes for lower real estate prices might be dashed, too.
