Recession does not affect bakers' profits
Estonian bigger pastry manufacturers are doing well. Leibur AS production manager Agu Matsi says that they have done well this year because people buy bread no matter what times.

Balti Logistika's profit grew
Balti Logistika's turnover fell last year but profit grew. In 2008 company's sale was EEK 30 million and lessened 22.8% in a year. Company's net profit was EEK 1.4 million.

Kreisiraadio does not feel pressure
Entertainers Hannes Võrno, Tarmo Leinatamm and Peeter Oja earned more than EEK 1 million profit last year. Leinatamm's company OÜ Stefante had the biggest profit, over EEK 700,000.

Nõo was only one to collect bigger profit last year
Most Estonian meat factories were able to increase turnover last year but Nõo factory was the only one that had bigger profit number to show. Major owner and manager of the company Toomas Kruustük said that majority of 38% turnover growth came from Estonia.
