Tallink Group took course to profit
Tallink's 2Q financial results did not disappoint analysts; company was also satisfied. Tallink was able to grow turnover by 11% to EEK 2.7 billion. Enlargement of Schengen visa area has had positive influence on concern, which was also reflected in number of passengers.

Eastern winds blew Norma to profit
Norma's turnover and profit showed moderate rise in 1Q. In 1Q Norma's turnover reached EEK 330.8 million, which is 17% growth. Sale was led by Russian and Ukrainian market. Net profit showed 15% growth and reached EEK 30.5 million.

Telekom shines as dividend payer
Eesti Telekom awards shareholders, paying EEK 10.50 dividends per stock this year, which makes the total sum of dividends EEK 1.4 billion. That is the biggest dividend payment on Tallinn Stock Exchange. 1Q net profit was EEK 452 million, which is only 3% more than in the same time last year. Number of EMT's customers dropped by 14,000 in 1Q to 751,000. Board president of EMT Valdo Kalm noted that number of contractual customers is growing.

Eesti Energia's net profit reaches EEK 700 million
According to Eesti Energia's finance manager Margus Kaasik, energy company's financial results were supported by growth in electricity on domestic market and drastically increased export to Finland. Electricity sale as a whole grew 5.4% in last financial year. In all, Eesti Energia's business income of last financial year was EEK 9.1 billion, business profit EEK 1.1 billion and net profit EEK 700 million.
