Profit of SEB Eesti Ühispank exceeded limit of EEK 1 billion
SEB Eesti Ühispank's nine months' profit was EEK 1.2 billion compared to respective period in 2006. Bank's board president Ahti Asmann said that he is satisfied with increase in bank's clietele. SEB Eesti Ühispank's profit grew 1.3% in 3Q to EEK 5.2 billion.
Tallink carried more passengers in January
Tallink carried more passengers in January than in respective month last year. Passenger conveyance grew 12.6% to 431,458 passengers. On Estonia-Finland route number of passengers grew 44.5% to 184,868 passengers. Estonia-Sweden route increased 10.6%, there were 45,809 passengers. Latvia-Sweden route showed 62.4% growth to 17,153 passengers, travelling on Finland-Germany route grew 53.8% to 8868 passengers.

Turnover of Pristis Group grew 21%
Turnover of Pristis Group last year was EEK 280 million and net profit EEK 14.8 million. "Looking into 2008 we expect 20% turnover growth. We expect company to earn EEK 335 million turnover in 2008," said group's director general Andres Kiil.
Turnover of Tele2 grew to EEK 2 billion
Turnover of mobile operator Tele2 grew 20% in 2007 to EEK 2.01 billion. Company's business income was EEK 663 million.

Turnover of BLRT Group grew 31%
Turnover of BLRT Group last year compared to 2006 grew 31.1% to nearly EEK 4.6 billion. Company's profit reached EEK 550 million in 2007, which is 32.7% growth.
Nordea gained profit
Nordea Eesti grew amount of assets as well as profit more than 40% last year. According to head of the bank Vahur Kraft, results from 2007 show that Nordea has moved on with customer-focused bank conception and strengthened position as universal bank. Head of Sampo Bank Aivar Rehe noted that Nordea's economic results were decent.

Hansapank Group's profit EEK 7.6 billion
Net profit of Hansapank Group in 2007 compared to previous year grew 49% and reached EEK 7.6 billion. Thus each bank worker brought the bank nearly EEK 800,000 profit. Profit of Hansapank Eesti was EEK 3.5 billion.
Winner of the week
Fresh leader of Hansapank Eesti Priit Perens can gain profit of his predecessors' good work. Bank's net profit grew 28% in 2007 compared to 2006 and reached EEK 3.5 billion.
Hansapank earned half of profit from Estonia
Net profit of Hansapank Group last year was EEK 7.6 billion; EEK 3.5 billion of it came from Estonia. In Latvia Hansapank's net profit was EEK 2 billion, in Lithuania EEK 1.75 billion and in Russia EEK 315 million.
