A. Le Coqs turnover close to EEK 1 billion
Turnover of beverage producer A. Le Coq reached EEK 962.3 million last year, a year earlier turnover was EEK 809 million. Companys last years profit from economic activities was EEK 147.3 million, in 2005 profit was EEK 113.3 million.
Maximas turnover grew more than 50%
Compared to 1Q last year, Maximas turnover in Estonia grew 52% this year, to EEK 621.3 million. During the quarter company opened four new stores in Estonia. According to Maxima Eesti OÜ CEO Arunas Zimnickas, turnover grew due to opening of new stores, finding new customers and favourable prices. This year we intend to open more than ten stores, said Zimnickas.

IMF predicts that Estonias economic growth this year will be 9.9%. Such number would place Estonia on 11th position among the countries concerning growth speed.

Postimees got EEK 11 million profit
AS Postimees turnover in 2006 was EEK 201.4 million, a year before turnover was EEK 165 million. Income before income tax was EEK 11 million in 2006 compared to EEK 10.4 million in 2005. AS Postimees publishes, prints and sells newspapers.
Puukeskus grew turnover and profit
AS Puukeskus turnover grew 40% in 2006 compared to 2005. In 1Q this year growth was 55%. AS Puukeskus wholesales building timber and wooden sheets.
Turnover of Kodumajatehase AS over EEK 400 million
Consolidated turnover of Kodumajatehase AS reached EEK 406.5 million in 2006; in 2005, turnover was EEK 376.3 million. Companys income before income tax was EEK 52.2 million last year (EEK 64.9 million in 2005).
