Suprema’s service amounts multiplied
The profit of investment bank Suprema Securities from service fees reached EEK 118.3 million last year and profit from securities transactions increased to EEK 50.5 million. In a year the bank earned a profit of EEK 52.4 million.

Turnover of Viru Centre has grown significantly
The 1Q turnover of trading centre Viru Keskus has grown over 25% compared to same period last year and the number of visitors has increased 7.5%. 76.6% of visitors make purchases from Viru Centre.

Profit of Trigon Capital up five times
Net profit of Trigon Capital was EEK 101 million last year. This is five times bigger than a year earlier. The group’s audited earned income reached EEK 228 million in 2005. Compared to 2004 the sum has tripled. The amount of Trigon clients surpassed 7 billion.

The net profit of SEB Eesti Ühispank grew 53% in a year, forming EEK 305 million by the end of the 1Q of 2006. Operating income grew 29% compared to 14% last year.

Riigi Kinnisvara earbed a profit of EEK 42 million last year
Riigi Kinisvara AS (RKAS) earned a net profit of EEK 42 million by the turnover of EEK 151 million last year. Compared to 2004 the company’s turnover increased 41 percent. Net profit increased 16% compared to 2004.
